Processing Time
All apparel is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create, inspect, and package your items before they are shipped.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. House of Tru King is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to update your information before your order ships.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable), and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
